Meet Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade Pacific Enterprise Award Winner Robbie Kainuku, owner of Blue Rose Cafe. Robbie’s cafe has made a name for itself in the highly competitive cafe scene in Auckland by concentrating on Pacific food and adapting favourite dishes from home, like palusami pies and the famous koko samoa chocolate cakes. Robbie has gone from creating a cafe from zero to this year expanding into the shop next door due to its popularity.
