Food vouchers instead of food parcels helping Hutt Valley families

The Pacific Health Service have been helping hundreds of Pasifika families in the Hutt Valley area. They have found that rather distributing food parcels, they give families food vouchers, but with conditions – no alcohol and no cigarettes.
