Māori-Samoan mother brings children safely home from the States

Louisa Tipene Opetaia flew to the US earlier this month on a rescue mission to bring her sons and daughter back to New Zealand. Her sons, who hold US passports, were originally denied exemption to travel to NZ. But through the mother of three’s determination, the family are now safely back home.
