Aiming to bolster intergenerational connectedness, the Matua Ma Talavou project brought together over 50 senior citizens of Toa Pacific, and the creative youth of Village Collective. The project was launched today in Māngere Bridge and aims to provide safe spaces for elderly to discuss issues of neglect, social isolation and loneliness.
