Two key Supreme Court decisions in Samoa on Monday have completely changed things there. Firstly, no snap election this week. and secondly, no extra female MP. This puts FAST leader Fiame Naomi Mata’afa back in the driving seat with a slim one-seat majority. The question is, will she be able to form a Government when Parliament convenes on Monday?
