Cook Islander Alfred Ngaro was a National party MP for three terms from 2011, during which time he held several Ministerial roles including Minister for Pacific Peoples. Having lost his place at the 2020 Election, he’s making a bid to return to Parliament at the head of his own party, which is called ‘New Zeal’.
