It’s not every day you turn 80 and for Tuvaluan Phallo Haulangi it’s a milestone he celebrates at the local marae.
He’s an integral part of the Te Kaha community on the east coast of the north island of Aotearoa. he’s a retired school teacher and an Anglican minister for the local parish.
