Launched in February this year, PolyX became New Zealand’s first Polynesian themed tourist attraction. It boasted a range of Pacific performances, cultural tours and authentic Polynesian cuisine. But when Covid put a damper on their plans, the PolyX team decided to shift focus and put all their efforts into creating Auckland’s first Polynesian Night Market.
