This season we investigate the systemic failings of the Family Court for New Zealanders. The Family Court fails women and children in the context of family violence. Lives are at stake and the consequences can be tragic. Breaking Silence provides a platform for the many voices calling for the Family Court to recognise partner violence as a key factor when assessing parental rights and access to children.
