Suzi shares her remarkable story, from her lived experiences of violence to working for the organisation Tauranga Living Without Violence, where she leads a programme with perpetrators of violence. Some perpetrators are ordered by the courts, by corrections, or are self-referrals.
Suzi is passionate about getting those who use violence the help they need so the violence can stop with them, to see communities safe and healthy, and to create a good environment for families. She’d love to work herself out of a job. With a current protection order against him, one of Suzi’s participants in the programme shares his story and his journey to end the violence.
