Kiwi girl Leanne goes to London for her OE adventure and never returns. She immerses herself in a fashion career and is quite literally living her best life. Then her marriage ends, and shortly after, Leanne discovers she has a brain tumour.
At her weakest and most vulnerable, with her family far away in New Zealand, she meets an abusive and controlling partner. Her safe place becomes her work. Leanne shares her story, her eventual escape to New Zealand, and her new beginning, creating safe environments in the workplace to support women experiencing violence.
