Returned to the home of his beloved Counties Manukau Steelers, friends and family gathered to bid a final farewell to former All Black and Blues player Joeli Vidiri in Pukekohe today.
As a tribute to all the jerseys he donned in his career, guests were encouraged to wear the colours of Counties Manukau, the Blues and the All Blacks.
Vidiri passed away in the United States last month, aged 49. Through fundraising efforts, he was brought back to New Zealand for burial.
