A new book looking back on the history of the Governance of Samoa was released this week. Author Dr Peter Swain is no stranger to the Pacific having spent three decades managing development of programmes for international organisations in the Islands. He co-authored the biography of former Samoa Prime Minister Tuila’epa Sa’ilele Malielegaoi and he joins us now for this Talanoa.
