Nearly a month after it re-opened it’s borders to tourists, the Cook islands has decided to keep the travel bubble open despite rising Covid-19 cases here. One News Pacific Correspondent Barbara Dreaver, who is in Rarotonga, spoke to Marama T-pole about the decision to keep the border open.
