Super talented Samoan singer-songwriter Silika Isaia joins host Sara-Jane on this week’s episode of Soul Sessions.
Silika Isaia proudly hails from South Auckland, where she went to Papatoetoe High School. In 2019 she was a finalist in Stand Up and Stand Out, and took out the ZM Peoples Choice Award and Vocal Award at Smokefree Rockquest. At just 17 years old, her original song ‘Mad Men’ racked up over 300,000 views on RNZ in just a couple of days. Silika is currently studying a Bachelors of Music majoring in Popular Music at The University of Auckland.
