The NRL has unveiled the draw for the 2025 Pacific Championships, set to take place across Australia, New Zealand, and Papua New Guinea over four weekends in October and November.
Samoa returns to the men’s Pacific Cup after touring the UK last year and will face Tonga in a blockbuster double-header at Brisbane’s Suncorp Stadium on October 26. The Jillaroos will also take on Samoa that day to kick off their women’s title defence.
New Zealand joins Samoa and Tonga in the men’s Cup, hosting games at Go Media Stadium and Eden Park. The finals for both men’s and women’s Pacific Cups will be held in Sydney on November 9 at CommBank Stadium.
Meanwhile, the Pacific Bowl tournaments will take place in Port Moresby, featuring PNG, Fiji, and Cook Islands in the men’s competition, and PNG, Cook Islands, and Tonga in the women’s.
