Meet the MFAT Pacific Enterprise Award Winner Halaifonua Finau.
Nua is a writer and producer with a mission to bring Pacific stories to screens everywhere. With business partner Tom Hern, Nua established a production company that produced ‘The Panthers’ series, which he wrote and executive produced. The series broke streaming records here in New Zealand and won eight categories at the 2022 New Zealand Television Awards. Nua released his first feature film, ‘Red, White, & Brass’ this year to an international audience, which attracted glowing reviews.
