Talanoa: Mortality rates are higher for Pacific children

TALANOA: Marama T-Pole talks to Dr Jemaima Tiatia-Seath, an expert in mental health, following some sobering findings from the Child & Youth mortality review committee.

The report found children living in the poorest areas are three times more likely to die in childhood or adolescence, and Maori and Pacific children and youth are more likely to die compared to others.
