As Hawke’s Bay Pacific Health Manager, Tofilau championed their Pacific COVID response through leading flu immunisatonas and COVID testing outreach in 2020. Tofilau is the first recipient of Civic honours for both Hastings District Council and Napier City Council and the Napier Pilot Trust Award in the same year 2022.
