With Tongan dancers from every corner of the world using the lockdown to practice their best showing off their best moves, it was inevitable that it would eventually become an online challenge. Instagram user @lauakimasima takes the cup with this video – performing both male and female parts for this lakalaka, a Tongan dance performed by a large group of men and women!

Kiwi Ferns player Maitua Feterika gathered a whole host of female footy talent for this new online craze for the athletes #PassTheBootChallenge! These ladies have been itching to get back on the field and we’re sure a lot of their fans have been itching to see them play!
