A new documentary , Soldiers Without Guns, has been released that retells the brutal history of the Bougainville Civil war which arose when Australia mining company Rio Tinto bulldozed there way on traditional lands to create the world’s largest copper mine.
The mine would be the genesis of a bloody war that would last for ten years until NZ Soldiers armed not with guns but guitars intervened.
