Poutasi village High Chief Tuatagaloa Joe Annandale, best known as the owner of Sinalei Reef Resort, tragically lost his wife Tui in the 2009 Samoa tsunami. With resilience and strength, Tuatagaloa founded Poutasi Development Trust (PDT), responsible for much of the rebuild and development in the area.
