Fatu Feu’u explores ifoga, the Samoan practice of seeking forgiveness

Renowned Pacific artist Fatu Feu’u is currently exhibiting ‘Reconciliation’ at the Artis Gallery, a collection of works which centre on the Samoan practice of ifoga or seeking forgiveness. His recent piece Amuia was created in response to the growing rate of depression and suicide among Pacific youth. Through the piece, Feu’u urges parents to connect and communicate with their children.

Tongans standing in solidarity for Mauna Kea, Hawai’i
